How Relve handles your data

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, display name, and (optionally) an avatar via OAuth. We use this to authenticate you and personalize your experience.

Usage analytics. Page views, referrer URL, anonymized IP, browser type, and rough geographic region — via Google Tag Manager. We use this to understand which content works and to fix broken pages.

Form submissions. Newsletter signups (email only), Submit-a-Tool form (tool name, URL, description, your email for confirmation), and contact requests. Used solely for the purpose stated on each form.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To respond to your support and contact requests.
• To send transactional emails (account, password reset, newsletter you opted into).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.

We do not use your data to train AI models, nor do we sell or rent it to advertisers.

We share data only with the processors required to run the service:

• Supabase — auth, database, file storage
• Vercel / AWS CloudFront — hosting + global edge CDN
• Google Tag Manager + Analytics — usage analytics
• reb2b — visitor identification (B2B traffic only)
• OpenAI — AI scoring of editorial content (no user data sent)

Account data is kept until you delete the account. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data has a 26-month retention. Server logs are kept for 90 days for security purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@relvehq.com from the email address on the account. We respond within 14 days.

We use only the cookies necessary for authentication and a minimal set of analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager. No tracking cookies for advertising are set by us.

We'll post any material changes here at least 14 days before they take effect, and notify registered users by email. The current effective date is shown at the top of the page.
