    About this event

    GITEX AI EUROPE is the European edition of GITEX GLOBAL, the world's largest tech and startup event organised by Kaoun International GmbH, the international arm of the Dubai World Trade Centre. The Berlin edition was announced in 2023 and launched its inaugural edition in May 2025, establishing itself as Europe's most internationally diverse technology and AI gathering. The 2026 edition is the second.

    Hosted at Messe Berlin, the event is designed to move beyond hype and drive real-world AI deployment, digital sovereignty, industrial transformation and cross-border collaboration across Europe and beyond. The programme is built around five conference themes covering compute infrastructure, startup capital, deep tech, cybersecurity and the translation of policy into production-scale outcomes.

    GITEX AI EUROPE 2026 is supported by Berlin Partner, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the UAE, the European Innovation Council, BitMi Bundesverband and the Cloud Security Alliance.     GITEX AI EUROPE runs across two full days of keynotes, expert panels, live demos, masterclasses, startup pitching and structured investor and executive meetings. Four co-located events run alongside the main conference: AI Everything Germany, GISEC Europe for cybersecurity, North Star Europe for startups and the GITEX Quantum Expo Germany for quantum computing.

    GITEX AI EUROPE 2026 is organised around five strategic themes: Compute and AI Stack, covering the playbook for moving from cloud user to stack owner across chips, data and models; Capital and Scale-up Engine, addressing how to move from early traction to EUR 50-100M+ rounds in late-stage deep tech funding; Deeptech and Critical Supply Chains, turning European science and research into production across semiconductors, quantum and robotics; Secure Infra and Cyber Power, building Europe's digital shield grounded in NIS2, GDPR and EUROQCI; and Policy to Production, showing how policy targets translate into procurement and real output at scale.

    German government minister joins main stage

    Dr. Karsten Wildberger, Federal Minister for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation of the German Government, is confirmed on the main stage. Willemijn Aerdts, Minister for the Digital Economy and Sovereignty at the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, is also confirmed, giving the 2026 edition a significant European government dimension.

    Major enterprises and investors confirmed

    Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SUSE, Arctic Wolf and Giesecke+Devrient are among confirmed enterprise exhibitors. Trend Micro is confirmed as GISEC Europe Headline Partner. On the investor side, Seventure Partners (France, USD 2.2B+ AUM), Gekko Capital Partners (UK, USD 615M+ AUM) and Fortino Capital (Belgium, USD 1.3B+ AUM) have joined the investor programme. Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and Ajinomoto Group are also confirmed participants.

    National pavilions from Bosnia, Slovenia, Serbia and the Czech Republic are confirmed for GITEX AI EUROPE 2026. CzechTrade and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Berlin are supporting Czech digital startups joining the event through an organised business mission.

    GITEX AI EUROPE launched its inaugural edition in Berlin in May 2025, establishing the event as Europe's most internationally diverse technology gathering and setting the context for what the 2026 programme is building on.

    The inaugural edition took place May 21 to 23, 2025, at Messe Berlin, organised by KAOUN International in partnership with the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and the European Innovation Council.
