GITEX AI EUROPE is the European edition of GITEX GLOBAL, the world's largest tech and startup event organised by Kaoun International GmbH, the international arm of the Dubai World Trade Centre. The Berlin edition was announced in 2023 and launched its inaugural edition in May 2025, establishing itself as Europe's most internationally diverse technology and AI gathering. The 2026 edition is the second.
Hosted at Messe Berlin, the event is designed to move beyond hype and drive real-world AI deployment, digital sovereignty, industrial transformation and cross-border collaboration across Europe and beyond. German government minister joins main stage
Dr. Karsten Wildberger, Federal Minister for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation of the German Government, is confirmed on the main stage. GITEX AI EUROPE launched its inaugural edition in Berlin in May 2025, establishing the event as Europe's most internationally diverse technology gathering and setting the context for what the 2026 programme is building on.
The inaugural edition took place May 21 to 23, 2025, at Messe Berlin, organised by KAOUN International in partnership with the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and the European Innovation Council.
