For Intercom's platform, you choose a plan (Essential, Advanced, or Expert) which determines your seat price, plus $0.99 per Fin resolution. For Fin on Zendesk/Salesforce, it's $0.99 per resolution with a 50 resolution minimum.
How does the free trial work?
Intercom’s free trial requires no credit card to sign up. During the 14-day trial, you’ll have access to all the products and features available in the Essential, Advanced, and Expert plans, as well as Proactive Support Plus, Fin AI Agent, and Copilot.
