Yes, you can use Trails to create guides for anyone outside of your team or organization. Common use cases include creating support guides for customers and embedding them into Zendesk. Or educators creating guides for students.

Can I adjust my plan as I go?

Yes, you can scale your plan up or down from within the app at any time. At the end of your billing cycle, we will calculate your usage based on the number of editors and private viewers that were allocated to your plan for that month.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if at anytime you'd like to cancel you can do so within our platform. If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason within the first 30 days, we're happy to give you a full refund. We only request you let us know the reason why.
